The short version
I build and run the back end of a creator business: the offer, the funnel, the email system, the sales process, and the automation behind all of it. I am paid a share of what that system collects, and in some engagements a build fee as well.
Payments are non-refundable. The work starts the moment an engagement is signed, capacity is reserved for you, and the systems get built whether or not you use them. Instead of refunds, I keep working on the build until it does what we agreed it would do. The refund policy spells that out in full.
